Authentication is not configured. Set Clerk keys in the environment (see docs/AUTH.md).

Operator sign-in is not configured
This environment has no Clerk keys. Preview email login only works locally with APP_ENV=local and MOCK=true.
For production, set MOCK=false and add Clerk keys to the environment. See docs/AUTH.md for the full setup checklist.
